"Sound content setting" issue
#1
In new version with "Sound content setting" enabled if you turn off the sound on a tab by clicking on a speaker logo it disables sound on the whole site including other tabs of this site opened.
With "Sound content setting" disabled there is no option to disable sound on the whole site although disabling sound on tabs works correctly.
It needs to be implemented as in previous versions: you can disable sound on the whole site as one option and you can disable sound on separate tabs by clicking on speaker logo as a different option.

This was implemented by Chromium.
You can disable either all tabs of the same website(with "Sound content setting" enabled) or single tab(with "Sound content setting" disabled).
Do you mean you want to have the two choices at the same time?

Yes this is exactly what I mean. As in previous versions. So.. this isn't possible anymore?

Yes, this can't be done for now.
But we can do it in alternative way, for example:
Click audio indicator button to mute single tab

Hold SHIFT and click audio indicator button to mute all tabs of the same website
or
Right click audio indicator button to mute all tabs of the same website
