Yes, DiretWrite is the cause of page crush, especially in background... IMHO - 99%

Server seems to be back to normal now.
Updated using "Check for Update" and download took about 12 seconds.

Yes, all CDN servers can build cache after 1-2 days.
It will become quite fast then.
The real bottleneck is the slow speed between CDN servers and our original server.
