Why temporary folder to put caches or all temporary files resides in User Data directory if Cent Browser is portable?
How to make it residing in normal windows temporary location C:\%Userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp ?

Are you referring the "Cache" directory?
If true, you can customize it in Settings page.
