Stuck in welcome screen

Since my last reboot I'm stuck in the welcome screen; the tabs I had open before the reboot are not open, and no matter what I do (open new tabs, signing in to google) every time I close Cent when I open it it still shows the welcome+features tabs only...

What can I check?

Firstly please open chrome://apps and check whether you have installed any Apps.
If true, you can go to "chrome://settings/system" and disable "Continue running background apps when Cent Browser is closed".

You can also check the integrity of the file "User Data\Local State", may it be corrupted?
