Well, if the user data location must be on %localappdata% then your portable version will be unusable. But it's not big deal if we move to other portability format, for example if I use portableapps format and take advantage from "directoriesmove" parameter then the extension installation issue will be solved.

For comparison purpose, this one is CentBrowser 2.6.5.39 (32-bit) on paf format.
