Twitch lag on 1 monitor
#1
Hello! This is gonna sound weird but when Im watching twitch.tv on my computer screen it runs smoothly. No lag spikes! But when I drag my browser over to my TV, then I get 1 second freeze every 5 seconds or so. It gets really annoying. Why would it lag on one screen, but not the other? I've tested it like 100 times draging the browser back and forth to see if that's the case. And it is. I tested on mozilla firefox and no prblems there. BTW: Live streams runs smoothly on both screens, but when I watch earlier streams, thats when the problem occurs. for example: https://www.twitch.tv/gosutv_ow/v/101643847  . Doesn't matter witch stream tho. Happends on all.

May be an issue of Flash Player.
Please try replacing PepperFlash with 18.0.0.232 version.(Check the option "Under the hood"->"Allow to run outdated plugins" first)

Or you can try unchecking "Use hardware acceleration when available"

I have "Allow to run outdated plugins" enabled and tried to use the version 18 of flash. No difference. Also tried disableing all extensions. Didn't help either. Then I tried disabling hardware acceleration when avaliable, as you said, and it actualy worked. Can't beleive it. Been struggeling with this issue for so long. Thank you! Smile

In most cases lagging issue is caused by two things:
1.flash player
2.hardware acceleration
Chrome hardware acceleration is far from perfect, so you may pay attention to them in the future.

A new weird issue has occured. When watching previous streams on twitch on my TV and I press fullscreen, it now looks like this:

http://imgur.com/a/aYY2V   - Only small window in top left corner. On my PC monitor it doesnt happen. Also on live streams everything is ok on both monitors. Here for example this problem occurs. https://www.twitch.tv/harryhook/v/113372205 . I know its probably hard to replicate this problem tho.

Oh nevermind! I found out it was this extention that does it. Sucks tho because I love this extention.

Maybe this extension needs update to fit Chromium 55.
