Scroll to new tab
#1
Hi there. The latest version has a lot of good changes, but the only thing that made me go back to the previous version is the problem with tabs. I always have a lot of tabs open and when I create a new one it becomes active, but in the tab bar to see it you have to scroll because it does not automatically scroll

Greeting You! "I always have a lot of tabs"- How many tabs is that? I tested with 30-40, I do not observe the problem described by You. 4.1.7.182 x64.

Do you mean the new tab opened from Ctrl+T didn't appear in the visible area of the tab bar?

Agree. Updated from the previous portable version to the latest. Didn't clear profile. Tabs don't work properly. whether you open a new tab or reopen a closed one. only a small piece of tab shows or tabs bar don't even react on changes. In the previous build, it worked flawlessly.

Upd. Just checked. Removed "User Data" directory to make the browser create everything again. The situation is the same. When the number of tabs gets out of the screen it stops following the newly opened tab and even scrolling through tabs don't directly show in the visible area current tab in focus

Worked in 4.0.9.112 portable. Now 4.1.7.182 portable

Please try changing the value of "Minimum tab width(px):" in chrome://settings/cbTabOptions, and test whether the issue persists.

Nope. Still the same. Neither with maximum 200px, nor 90px width...
It mostly looks so:

As if it can't handle that amount of tabs and just stops handling them by timeout. Sometimes it's able to handle them for a few moments

Please test this version until the bug appears:

And send "User Data\chrome_debug.log" to support@centbrowser.com or centbrwforum@gmail.com.
Thanks a lot.

hope, it helped to solve the riddle)
It's really tiresome to manually focus on the current tab through the tabs list button.

With your help, we have located the issue, and it should be fixed in the next version.
Thanks again.
