New icons - geonis - 02-17-2021

Hello. Today i'm open my Cent and i see a new buttons :

So, i cant see any option to disable them, and i wonder how they appear if my Cent update was disabled?

In chrome://flags disable:
Global Media Controls,
Extensions Toolbar Menu

(I don't know how they appeared suddenly)
