As you can see, it's displaying boxes for unicode. This is the same no matter what. I can't see this page: https://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/2605/browsertest.htm

Perhaps the problem is in your system? In the browser, I don't see the problems you specified.

For the record, problem exists in Safe Mode and with all extensions disabled.

Try with Cent in safe mode, or with a clean profile.

For the record, my wife has the exact same computer (we have twin computers, both gaming laptops) with Windows 10, up to date on all drivers. So IDEK what could be happening at this point. I've messed with font settings, I've messed with extensions... I'm legitimately perplexed. And it sounds like you are, too.
