AFAICT, the on-screen keyboard bug is also resolved in 3.6.8.94. I re-enabled the service with no issues.

How I can enable it? --use-skia-renderer and --use-skia-deferred-display-list ignored

Thanks for the new version 3.6.8.96! Disabled DirectWrite so far has not produced any problems with disappearing elements. Will report if there are any problems.
