Sometimes we didn't release a stable version because of a Chromium bug(which may be fixed in the next version), or some minor bugs(which we are not sure how many users will encounter).
If we didn't delete the installer(whatever it is Stable or Beta) in few days, it means it is usable and has no severe bugs.
We have no fixed release cycle, this is wrote in #3 of https://www.centbrowser.com/faq.html

Food for thought: every version of Chrome has bugs that annoy various groups of users - I know it because I've been participating on their bugtracker a lot during the last year - so you can disregard this aspect and just follow your own schedule.

Can you post an URL for testing?
Here the password saving bubble is always shown.
It appears only if the document finished all network requests.
So sometimes it won't appear if one request is blocked.
