[Bug] Shortcuts are language-specific - GrayFace - 10-26-2017

When I switch to Russian locale, shortcuts like Alt+M stop working.

Here we tested Russian language and it works correctly.
Maybe the shortcut was intercepted by something else(like extensions, flash plugin, or the website itself)?
You can try our safe mode(running the browser with safemode.bat)

Oh, only right Alt doesn't work. When Russian locale is activated and I press RAlt+M, it doesn't work. In other cases the shortcut works. Checked in a clean portable install.

This is not a bug.
For some locale, RAlt has special usage.
RAlt equals Ctrl+LAlt in Russian keyboard layout.

Thanks! That's an interesting quirk, because Russian layout doesn't make use of AltGr.
[edit] Ha! AltGr+8 prints the new ruble sign. That's the only AltGr combination I've found.
