It seems 125 is more smooth.

I've only brought one example.
In fact, there are many different situations in which it is very useful to be able to fine-tune the scale.

Where can I find these levels?
Which file to look for?
What exactly bytes sequence to search?

You need to search "default_zoom_level"(without quotes) in "User Data\Default\Preferences".
But the value of "x" is calculated from zoom level percentage.
x = log(zoom_level) / log(1.2)
For example, if your zoom level is 135%, then x equals log(1.35) / log(1.2) = 1.6460181545591597

for 127%  x=1,310963469809505

But I can`t find the default_zoom_level in the Preferences, only per_host_zoom_levels

You can change "Page zoom" to 135% in chrome://settings/appearance and close the browser, "default_zoom_level" will appear in "User Data\Default\Preferences".
And then you can change the value of "x".
